Purchase options cancellation policy
Certain products in our store are available for purchase on a subscription basis. This cancellation policy is designed to guide you on how to modify or terminate these subscription agreements.
Subscriptions
1. Recurring subscriptions
By initiating an ALL DAY JOY Subscription, you consent to recurring billing for each order until your subscription is either a) canceled or b) put on hold. Subscribers gain access to exclusive discounts not available to non-subscribers. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will forfeit access to these subscriber-only discounts unless you reactivate your subscription or start a new one. Should you decide to put your subscription on hold, it will remain inactive until you choose a date to resume. If no date is provided, the subscription will stay on hold indefinitely.
2. Free shipping on new subscriptions
For all new subscribers within the contiguous United States, we're delighted to offer free shipping on initial orders totaling $59 or more (before taxes and discounts). This ensures that starting your wellness journey with us is as accessible and hassle-free as possible.
3. Renewal orders and shipping
When it's time for your subscription to renew, rest assured that shipping fees are recalculated before each renewal to ensure you receive the most cost-effective shipping method available. This includes eligibility for free shipping on renewal orders that meet our specified criteria, ensuring that your subscription not only provides continuous health benefits but also remains economical.
4. Enrolling a subscription
To start receiving your favorite ALL DAY JOY Superfoods on a regular basis, simply select the 'Recurring Order Subscription' option available on each product page. This program allows you to customize the frequency of your deliveries according to your personal consumption rates, ensuring you never run out of your essential superfoods. Please note that registration is required to join the Subscribe & Save program, allowing us to provide a personalized and secure subscription experience.
5. Auto-renewal
Some of our subscriptions include an auto-renewal feature. This means that at the end of your subscription period, it will automatically renew for another term, ensuring that you continue to receive your products without interruption. We will notify you before any auto-renewal takes place, giving you ample time to make any changes or decide not to renew.
6. Managing your subscription
You have full control over your subscription and can make changes or cancel at any time. Each order confirmation email you receive contains direct links to your order, where you can:
Pause your subscription if you need a break or will be away for an extended period.
Change the frequency of your deliveries if you find you’re receiving too many or too few products.
Update your payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
Cancel your subscription if you decide the service no longer meets your needs.
To manage your subscription, simply follow the links in your order confirmation email or log in to your ALL DAY JOY account and navigate to the 'My Subscriptions' section.
5.CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so through the 'My Subscriptions' section in your account or by using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that any cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
Modifying subscription frequency
Life can be unpredictable, and so can your superfood needs. To adjust the delivery frequency of your subscription, log into your account, visit Manage My Subscriptions, and select 'View Details' for the relevant subscription.
