Shipping policy

1. Order adjustments

If you've placed an order and wish to modify it, please contact us immediately at info@alldayjoysuperfoods.com. We can adjust your order if it has not yet been processed. However, once your order is in the processing stage, we're unable to make any changes.

2. Shipping for us. customers

Orders within the U.S. are dispatched through USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 5 working days from order processing. ALL DAY JOY is not liable for lost or stolen packages, although we will assist as much as possible in the event your package is missing. Ultimately, lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

3. Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ensure your shipping details are complete and correct to avoid delays or returns. If incorrect information is provided, ALL DAY JOY cannot be held responsible for delayed or returned shipments, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. If an error is made, contact our Customer Support immediately. While we strive to accommodate updates, we cannot guarantee changes will be made before your package is dispatched. If a package with an incorrect address is lost, we cannot replace or refund it. If it's returned to us, reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility, or we may refund the order minus shipping fees upon request.

4. Missing packages

While packages are not insured beyond the carrier's automatic coverage, we will endeavor to assist if your order is not delivered or is claimed as delivered but not received. As we are not the shipping carrier, our ability to influence the outcome is limited. We cannot reship or refund undelivered packages, emphasizing the importance of selecting shipping options with knowledge of the carrier's insurance policies.

5. Customs and duties

Customers are responsible for all customs fees and charges. Refusal to pay customs fees or to accept your package from customs will not result in a refund or reshipment from ALL DAY JOY. If a package is abandoned at customs, it's the customer's loss unless you arrange and cover the cost for return shipping to our warehouse. In such cases, we can refund your order minus the original and return shipping charges, provided the package returns in sellable condition. ALL DAY JOY is not accountable for packages refused or held by customs. International orders are subject to inspection by customs officials, which may delay delivery.

6. Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. Delivery times quoted start once the package departs after processing. Please note that the maximum delivery time is 30 days. During sales or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 days. Orders placed late in the day or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day, with possible delays for holidays.

7. Barcodes

We aim to keep all items in stock. If an item is backordered after your order is placed, we will inform you via email, offering options to refund the backordered item, substitute it, or place your order on hold. Without a response, orders will stay on hold until the item is back in stock and the order can be fulfilled entirely.

Please note the following terms regarding shipping:

• We do not ship outside the U.S. and its territories.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders or reshipping companies under any circumstances.
• Shipments must be sent directly to the purchaser's address; we do not deliver to third-party addresses for any reason.
• We only sell and ship to buyers located within the U.S. and its territories.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these shipping restrictions and policies to ensure a smooth and reliable service for all our customers.
